Q's & Answers

1   Will the CD's work on a Mac - Yes all images are in jpg format and will open with any operating system

2.  How do I use the CD - The CD should auto open and ask what you want to do with it ... select view folders and set your view to thumbnails or film strip.  Once you can see folder contents double click on any item to open a large view - from here you will be able to access the printer wizard and resize the items you wish to print.

If you computer does not ask what you want to do with the CD - Just go to my computer and locate the CD icon - right click on the CD icon and select to open with windows picture fax viewer ( this is standard on all non Vista platforms) you can set the view to thumb nails or film strip -   from there you will be able to view folders and their contents and print accordingly as instructed above.

3.   I have the new Vista system on my PC - will CD's work with Vista - Yes CD's work perfectly with Vista - you may need to run a hot fix for printing ( this is not a fault on the CD but a known problem with Vista) Hot fix information can be found at http://www..microsoft.com
